①下载64位对应python
版本的pygame
:pygame-1.9.6-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl
② 更新pip
:python -m pip install --upgrade pip
③ 安装pygame
:pip install pygame-1.9.6-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl
